Pictured at the real estate office is Zoe Boscorelli. She moved to the City of Portofino when it was first established and has resided here ever since.

Do you hold any positions in Portofino?

 Zoe Boscorelli: I am the Real Estate Manager of Portofino. I like to think of myself as the jack of all trades. I am the sweet lady that makes sure that you get answered fast when you have an issue with your rentals but I am the lady that has to drop the hammer when you are overdue. Seriously though, I am overall just one of those people that residents can come to if they need to be led in the right direction.

What do you love the most about Portofino?

Zoe Boscorelli: I love the diversity of Portofino. Other communities that I have been in are all rather the same, but with Portofino, it is like Cara paints a story with the way the houses are all different and mixed about, even the landscaping is all diverse with some areas having beautiful flora and fauna and some with a more desert look. I just love how it can attract people of all different walks of life and not the same boring things.
